Search or browse over 8,000 Judgments and Sentences by the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory. Records date back to 2010 and are sorted by year. In more recent times you can browse by past week, fortnight, month and so forth.
The search function has a few fields to narrow down the results. These include party name, citation, date and keyword of the full text. Results are displayed by case and year. An advanced search for Supreme Court Judgments ACT adds extra options such as file number, catchwords, judicial officer as well as words and phrases.
Selecting a case provides a comprehensive overview of the case file. It includes all parties and representation, hearing notes, findings and conclusion. You may view the information on the web or as a PDF or Word document.
