The Enforceable Undertakings Register by ASIC is a free service to the public. Enforceable Undertakings are those accepted by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission as an alternative to administrative or civil action. The undertakings are enforceable in a court and provide and aim to address a contravention of the legislation.
The register is in list format by year. It provides the section of the act, names of parties involved and date of acceptance. A PDF of the enforceable undertaking is available for viewing online or downloading. This is the complete document and provides all details.
To search the register by name, use your browsers Find feature. It can be located in the menu and will search all words on a given web page.
