Two types of driving records are available in New South Wales. There is an online only record which can not be used in legal proceedings. There is also a Certified record which can be used during legal proceedings.

An online record is available immediately and available for 7 days after purchase. A Certified driving record is sent by post and can take up to 7 days to arrive. When purchasing a certified copy you also receive access to the online version.

To apply for driving records you either need a MyServiceNSW account for online access, or print and post the form offline.

Only the driver is question is able to request a copy of their driving records in NSW.

Q What is the cost of NSW Driving Records?

An online driving record is $22. A Certified driving record is $30.
