Real-time access to individuals and insolvency information through the Bankruptcy Register Search Citec. The search accesses the National Personal Insolvency Index (NPII), which is the permanent record of personal insolvencies in Australia. This is a search of individuals, not companies or businesses.
Results provide an extract identifying if a person is currently or has been bankrupt, or if a petition has been lodged against them. Information from the results includes name, date of birth, previous names and any aliases, type of proceeding, name and contacts for the trustee or administrator and current status. The results can be sent to you via email, fax or post.
To search the register you must provide a given and a family name. Other fields may include middle name, occupation, address, sex and date of birth.
