The ACT Government is required to provide a public register of all contracts it awards with a value over $25,000. You can search the ACT Contracts Register for free online.
There are presently two separate registers online, with one historical in nature and one current. You can view the historical contracts register for all work awarded and not mended since before 1st of July 2016 and dating back to 2007. The fields available to conduct a search are wide ranging and varied. They include contract titles, procurement type, contractor name, ABN, contract amount, expiry date and more. In total there are over 20 options to choose from.
The present day register covers contracts and work orders from July 2016 on. Over 20 fields are offered to narrow down your search. You may use keywords, supplier, agency, type of goods or service, dates and type of contract and more to narrow the results.
The results are comprehensive in nature and cover many details. The overview provides the contract number, title, amount, supplier, dates and more. Selecting the contract profile you can gain all details relating to the contract as well as a copy of the contract documents.
